I attended Janes webinar class on emotions (“What Are You Feeling?”). The class was informative and very useful. I gleaned new insights as well as language to better distinguish what emotions I was dealing with in a particular situation. I received the verbiage needed to deal with those emotions and now have a useful tool to move me out of being stuck and under the burden of emotional bondage.
